Eligibility for Return:

1. Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
3. Certain items such as digital sewing patterns and custom-made garments are non-returnable unless defective.
4. Preloved and Seconds items are returnable only if they arrive damaged or significantly different from their description.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for size or style changes on eligible items.
