New vs. Old Cotton Canvas: This canvas feels very similar to our original conventional cotton canvas from 2015-2019. It is heavier and sturdier than the Upcycled Cotton Canvas from 2022, and more consistent in terms of weave and quality.
Durable, 10oz duck canvas. Organically grown cotton. This is a workhorse material with a distinctly architectural feel. This plain, tight weave with two warp yarns and one weft is one of the most durable—resisting pilling, thinning, and tearing by nature of its very structure. It has a sturdy body that's relatively stiff at first, but will break in and patina beautifully with wear. Looks great pressed crisp or rumpled and worn.
